UET has signed a 9-year IT services agreement (1999) with UMW, under which UET will provide information technology services to the UMW companies, while allowing UMW to focus on the effective use of IT to achieve maximum competitiveness. UET is focused on moving our customers into global digital economy, while helping them to achieve process excellence.

In ensuring quality service delivery to UMW, UET has adopted and implemented a Quality Management System in compliance with ISO9001 (1994) Quality Systems.

UET is certified in providing quality products and services primarily in the areas of facilities management, systems integration, systems development, maintenance and support.
